Blanket pins are an excellent addition to any first aid kit. They are small, lightweight, and can be used to make a quick buddy splint for upper for an injured shoulder, upper arm, lower arm, or wrist by pinning the patient's sleeve to their chest. They can also be used with a tarp to splint a fractured pelvis. Carry them in the interior zipper pocket of any of our First Aid Packs.
