The Minimalist Pack (3.75 oz/110 g) is our smallest pack yet has many of the features found in our larger packs. It is designed for anyone who needs an "ouch" kit for a afternoon or day trip. It can also meet the demands of longer, low-risk trips where outside communication and evacuation assistance is possible and timely. It carries enough supplies to address minor wounds, blisters, headaches, minor pain, diarrhea, fever, etc. and anaphylaxis.

- Inside a 4 x 6.25 inch zippered bellows pocket holds sterile gauze rolls, maxi-pads, emergency dental supplies, epinephrine auto-injectors, and other small items. Consider attaching a pair of Uncle Bill's Silver Gripper Tweezers to the zipper.
- A 6.5 x 8 inch slash pocket located directly behind the zippered bellows pocket holds wound care items like transparent micro-thin film dressings, ENGO, blister pads, flexible medical tape, steri-strips, surgical scissors, small forceps, etc.
- The elastic loop on the inside of the pack is specifically designed to hold a 10 cc irrigation syringe.
- Two thin, vertical pockets on the spine hold a pen, or pencil, thermometer, penlight, etc. The vertical pocket immediately behind them can hold an epinephrine auto-injector (think EpiPen), a 28 ml Nalgene snap-top vial with cotton swabs, etc.
- A medium 2-loop velcro strip holds two one-ounce Nalgene containers for pills — ibuprofen, diphenhydramine, baby aspirin, antibiotic ointment, etc. — roller gauze, or self-adhering bandages.
- Two small 3-loop velcro strips hold six 1/4 or 1/2 ounce Nalgene containers for medications or ointments (ibuprofen, H-1 antihistamines, baby aspirin, antibiotic ointment, etc.)
