Upon receipt of your order, we will verify your certification and send you a new card. If you want to order multiple replacement cards, you will need to add each card type to the cart. Remember, you can always download print your own card here.

Include your name as it would have appeared on your course registration, the approximate date the card was issued, and the sponsor’s name in PayPal’s notes to vendor section during check out.
